Working with Cassandra to sell our home was an experience my wife and I will never forget. Cassandra was on top of everything when it came to communication, sharing info, informing us with changes needed to expedite the selling of our home. The market we fell into at the time of our sale got somewhat erratic a couple weeks after the home was listed and Cassandra was instrumental in working through some of those market difficulties. Some of the issues that came up were created by buyer agents not being knowledgeable or having the experience and expertise that Cassandra displayed. My wife and I will always recommend Cassandra to friends and family in the future.
I don’t think you could find a more hands on helpful realtor for inspection day and everyday in the buying process. She is quick on recommendations and any assistance needed. Also very kindly would break down the process to me at any phase of the buying.

I have been investing in real estate for years and have had many different agents. Cassandra is absolutely the best! She gave me some good advice regarding the property before listing it. Within 3 days of listing she held an open house and we had 4 offers! She worked the offers and got me above asking. The buyers asked for some repairs after after inspection. Cassandra worked with them to get a very minimal amount in lieu of repairs. We closed in less than a month. I could not be happier! I highly recommend her.
