My experience with Cassandra was beyond excellent. She made me feel as though she genuinely cared (because she did) and helped me every step of the way buying my home. She wasn't just an agent, she was a friend and is amazingly helpful. She was always quick to respond, and kept on top of me when I needed to get things done on my end to get closing done on time, and it even happened early. Any time there was any kind of hiccup in the process she had solutions. Even after closing, she was there to help, and currently is still helping me wrap up the finishing touches on my new home. She even had gifts for me! I have nothing but thanks and praise.
Cassandra worked with me for 5 months until we found the perfect home. My sister has some disabilities so we had some specific things that we needed such as walk in showers etc. Once I closed on the house her job was done. However Cassandra put me in touch with an excellent contractor and is continuing to work with us to make changes to the home. I will definitely contact Cassandra again if I need a realtor.
