2nd UPDATE: Robyn and Mark also helped us sell the condo. Now that we've bought a house, we no longer need it. The experience was just as great as before! We couldn't have done better and things went extremely smooth, thanks to their diligence, attention to detail, and their communicative style. It was a total win on all sides!! Update: We've just closed on a house in Ka'anapali, thanks to Robyn and Mark. We wouldn't have done it so easily, had it not been for them. After this second transaction with them, I WILL ONLY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND NO ONE ELSE! They have an extreme talent for being able to read their customers and know EXACTLY what you're looking for, then find you THE PERFECT place! Robyn and Mark were so patient with us, since we had so, so many questions. They showed us some incredible places and found us one that we're very in love with. They made the process easy and fast, gave us great advice about everything, and referred us to all the right agents along the way for title company, bank, etc. They also communicated incredibly well throughout! And they were the friendliest and most likeable real estate agents I've ever met and have now become good friends of ours!
It's easy to write a review for the Robyn/Mark team. They were so efficient and on top of everything. We were able to sell our condo on Maui from the mainland without a problem. They took care of all details and made it happen in no time. We wouldn't hesitate using them again and confidently recommend them.
Highly recommend Robyn and Mark! At first we thought maybe we would sell on our own. Instead we reached out to Robyn to see what they thought we could get for our property. They were on the money! It appraised for what they thought and it was more than what people were offering without a realtor. I recommend not doing it on your own. Let Robyn and Mark do it for you so you don’t have to deal with any unforeseen problems if any. They were advocates for us and did a fantastic job! Again, I would highly recommend the two of them!
It was a random chance that we met up with Robyn and Mark at Maui Luxury Partners. My wife and I were surfing the web one night with a wild dream of buying a condo in the Kaanapali area. We put in an inquiry and within 30 minutes received a call. That was the start of a wonderful relationship. Mark and Robyn helped us to see our dream come true. They are extremely knowledgeable and could give us the full scoop on all the condos in the area. During the purchasing process all of their recommendations and references were top notch (lenders, inspectors, escrow, property managers, etc.). They quickly built our trust and were always super responsive to our questions and needs, which was especially helpful shopping from the mainland. Now that we have closed they have continued to help us with the transition. We have not only gained two great real estate agents but have gained two new friends. We highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase or sell in Maui!

We had an extremely complicated real estate transaction and they were with us every step of the way, and in most cases, making phone calls and sending emails on our behalf to ensure our property closed prior to noted deadlines. They are very knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, and detailed and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering looking at property in Maui. I highly recommend Robyn and Mark, it was a great buying experience! I purchased a condo for investment purposes in Maui remotely while living internationally and the process was very smooth. Having Robyn/Mark on the ground in Maui was all I needed, they were able to give me a strong understanding of the local market as well as strengths/weaknesses of individual buildings that I wouldn't have otherwise known. Robyn/Mark were also able to give recommendations for other local services that has proven helpful. I also appreciated that they were on the same page as I was regarding making aggressive offers, I found that not all agents in Maui are willing to do so. Lastly it was nice that throughout the process I never felt pressured to proceed with offers/negotiation, and I could tell that Robyn/Mark had my best interests in mind.
