If you think as a buyer it's hard to find a lower priced condo in Maui, it's got to even harder for a real estate agent to find it for a client. Not an easy job being a sellers market with condos being listed higher than appraisal plus out bidding to add to that price. Cash is “king” but I did not have $450,000 on hand so I was at a disadvantage right from the beginning.
