Having just moved to the area from out of state and not knowing much about the home buying process, Natalie treated me like her own and made sure I was looking at homes that I not only could afford, but that were well maintained and that I wouldn’t have a hard time up keeping. So today is the closing of our chapter in Utah. The closing on our home is finalized and now we can push to find our new Home out here in Delaware. This process couldn't have been possible without the fantastic help and support of our wonderful realtor Natalie Page Wagner. She went above and beyond our expectations. Making this stressful situation about as easy as one could expect. With us doing this process while already living out of state, we were never in the dark and always reassured things were progressing right along. This is not our first time working with Natalie, so I've seen her on both sides with our purchase and sale of our home and she killed it twice! A special shout needs to go to her contractor Randy. I greatly appreciate the odd ball items you took upon yourself to make our home POP! With the competitive market now she even went the extra mile with the seller so we got the house we wanted!!! My husband and I have worked several times with both Natalie and Joan. Every time we sought the assistance of them, it was a positive experience. They worked tirelessly in finding us what we were searching for. They showed us many properties until we found the “one”. On our last move we moved 4 hours away from their office. I wasn’t sure they would be able to help since they were in Northern Utah and we were moving to Southern Utah. Natalie researched properties for us. She found out desirable areas as well as not so desirable ones. She took time away from the office and her family to travel to St. George (twice) until we found our dream home. I think that went above and beyond!! We worked very close with Natalie on our last move. Even though moving can be a trying time, moving to a new area farther away is very unsettling. Through it all Natalie was very professional. She was engaging, witty and pleasant. We both had such an enjoyable being around her, we hated to see it end. All in all you cannot go wrong with the Pate team. They will work hard for you until you too find your dream home. That is why I’m giving them a five out of five!!!
