Kim and Mark were a huge help in getting my mom’s house ready to put on the market. Kim is knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. She guided me through the process with skill and professionalism. Kim is incredibly responsive and did an amazing job with the sale. I would highly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat.

Our experience with Kim was nothing short of the best help. She really listened to our wants in a home and found exactly what we were looking for. She made the entire process smooth and easy going. Always available to talk and answer any questions that we had. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the area. Even after the purchase she helped with the process of setting up utilities and anything else we needed and made sure that process was also smooth.

I could not imagine having anyone other than Kim as my agent. As a first time home buyer, she made the process extremely easy and communicated with me every step of the way. She is very honest, patient, and I would definitely recommend!!

Kim worked hard to make this sale easy and painless for us.

In all aspects of working with Kim, she was always professional and very knowledgeable in the field of selling real estate. When ever any problems arose she was right there with solutions to solve the problem. If I ever need an agent again she would be the first I’d call.

Professional faster respond and knew what she was done

I love working with Kim. She was always accessible to supply me with the knowledge I required; every decision I made, big or small, was important to her. Not only did I feel like I had all of the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in capable hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer and seller, I wasn't sure what questions to ask, and she would proactively share this information, making me feel like I was going through this process with my eyes wide open. But, personally, having someone who correctly set, maintained, and followed through on expectations was a lifesaver and put me at ease throughout the process. If I ever need to sell my current home, I know exactly who to call. =)

We have used several realtors and Kim is by far the best we have had the privilege of working with. She is professional, personable, and is a world full of knowledge!

Kim is an excellent agent and really cares about all of her clients! She does such a great job marketing her listings and is so sweet!

Kim is one of the best, if not the best, realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. She is knowledgeable, informative, and communicated every aspect of my home selling process very well. She made the whole experience very comfortable and stress- free for me. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim Trahan for your real estate selling or buying experience!

Their expertise made all the difference, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. We truly appreciate their dedication and would definitely work with them again in the future!

This is the second home we’ve closed on with Mark and Kim, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Their extensive experience in real estate was evident throughout the process—they anticipated details that a less seasoned agent might have overlooked. They were always available, ready to assist whenever we needed them. Even after the sale, they checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Mark and Kim truly operate with excellence and genuinely care about their clients. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future!
