Kim Trahan is the best! From day one she has treated us as if we were her only clients. Oh man, where do I start…. Kim and Mark went above and beyond with the selling of our house. It was a triple contingency ( 3 separate buyers / purchases), and it fell apart a week before closing (not on our end). They didn’t skip a beat and we rallied through and ended up selling the house to the original buyers a month later ( the buyers of their house backed out). Communication throughout the entire process was above ideal, and with the market being the way it is, with their great negotiating skills, we were able to get our asking price. If you are trying to sell a home, I highly suggest you reach out to Kim and Mark Trahan and listen to what they offer. You will not be disappointed. You know what they say, if it’s not broken, don’t fix it. We applied that here as this is our 2nd time using Kim and Mark as realtors, and it won’t be our last.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Kim! From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible.
