She never gave up, stayed in touch, and stayed enthusiastic and encouraging the whole time. She is both personable and professional, and I felt a true partnership working wth her. I valued her advice and counsel, and especially her dogged persistence to get to closing with all parties satisfied. Kim is a gem.
