Mark and Kim have been awesome. They helped us buy our first house. They were with us every step of the way and did a great job representing us and our interests to sellers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for property in the Baton Rouge area!

Mark and Kim were phenomenal from start to finish with listing and selling my home. From the beginning they both offered tremendous encouragement with relation to my personal situation that led me to sell my home in the first place. Kim was able to provide clear and concise direction on what needed to be done in order to provide the best possible listing. She was always available in a reasonable time frame to answer my questions and set my mind at ease. My sold in no time!

I am especially happy to give this review because I was very, very satisfied with Mark and Kim Trahan as my realtor. She went over and beyond to help with selling our house. I also appreciated her advice and knowledge with real estate. If I ever have to sell again, I would definitely chose Mark and Kim Trahan again. And I have already recommended The Roussel team. Thanks again Kim! You rock!
