My partner and I just bought our first home. Working with Tim was nothing short of perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. He was incredibly responsive to every question or concern we ever had. I literally don't know if he sleeps. He answered our questions late into the evening, on weekends. We didn't ask or expect this of him, but it is how he handles himself. For us, being first-time home buyers, it was incredibly reassuring to know that we had someone on our side in this way. Not only was he responsive to us (and in fact, he continues to be. We continue to ask him questions quite regularly), but he is soooo, soooo knowledgeable. He knows his industry and is able to relay his experience and expertise to us in a way that is understandable for two people who literally have no clue. Finally, Tim is incredibly personable. He understands that people are motivated to buy a house for different reasons, but for most of us, we are looking for a home, a place to love and feel safe and happy. He adds that human touch to the process. He celebrates with you when things go right, and when things don't go well, he gives you the energy and optimism to keep going. Multiple times I wanted to give up, but his energy was reassuring and kept us going. He is wonderful!
