Liz was wonderful. It was a challenging process as the market is very tight right now and I had a limited budget/specific wants. Liz put in the extra effort to keep going out over and over. Despite many setbacks (difficult sellers, multiple offer situations, houses with significant problems, and painfully limited inventory), Liz remained in good cheer and kept-up my spirits even when I was really discouraged. As a first time home buyer, Liz was very patient with me, helping educate and advise so I could make informed decisions and feel comfortable. When we finally got to an accepted offer, we found a difficult seller and seller’s agent who acted highly unethically. Liz worked with her branch VP and legal to provide me good advice and ensure I was protected. Even after the closing, Liz continues to be a resource of advice and support. I’m sure I wasn't one of Liz's most profitable clients, yet I felt like I received the same attention as if I was buying a million dollar home. Liz clearly has integrity and commitment that puts her in an elite group, not just in real estate but in people. I can't imagine using anyone else when I'm ready to sell.
