Liz is everything you could want in a realtor and more. Our experience with Liz was beyond our expectations. I found her through a thorough search of realtors online which can be a taxing endeavor if your reading this review. What stood out immediately was her prompt communication, a critical piece in the realtor/customer relationship. She kept us informed of the market conditions and qualifying properties based on our expectations. Didn't matter the time of day it was she was always ready to go to work for us. I have been in California, Unable to be in MN due to personal reasons , Liz and her team helped me throughout entire house selling process, including taking care of any repair necessary, Finding contractors, handyman, professional repairs...Anything else if needed. All the helps make it possible for us to sell the house at the fair price at this difficult house selling market. I am very appreciated!! We’ve owned and sold over a dozen homes and rental properties as a couple. Without a doubt, Liz has set a new standard we never experienced with any of the agents we’ve worked with in the past. She is excellent at communicating, keeping us informed on every detail. She is very sensitive to the stress that is involved with moving and that is something I personally appreciated. I feel like I was working with my best friend. Your rating scale only goes to 5 but she is a 10 in my book!!!!
