Jody and her team were amazing. She was very understanding when I seemed to be changing my needs as I was buying a house not just for me, but also for my parents to move in with me. My dad kept changing what his vision for a forever home was and Jody was so understanding. When negotiating with the seller she was great and gave good advice on how much to offer and was willing to work with difficult sellers when inspection didn't come back as they were expecting. She also sold my home and was very knowledgeable as to what my home was worth and walking me through the process. She had an amazing stager come into my home and help me get everything ready to put on the market. Her office staff were always accommodating and got any messages needed to Jody in a timely manner. They were supper friendly and helped to set up showings I was interested in seeing.

Jody Zink team put our house on the market @ midnight on a Wednesday with an open house scheduled for Sunday. By Friday we had two offers and by Sunday night after the open house we had five offers!
