I've used Jody and her team to buy 2 houses and sell 2 houses since I've lived back and Toledo and they are amazing. They are responsive, have a large network of people to help, friendly, and informative. I've also recommended her to family and friends, and will continue to do so. DON'T look elsewhere!

Jody and Denay are the best. Always answer questions promptly. My home got top dollar. If you need a realtor they are the best.

Jody and Denay, the Jody Zink Team was absolutely wonderful to work with. I knew right away I was in good hands. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. I feel very blessed to have had them help me through the process...especially during a pandemic. I don't think I would've been able to win that property without Jody and Denay. I would highly recommend them for any real estate needs.

It was a win win feeling from the first moment of talking with Jodi. I love her warmth. I feel like I have known her all my life. We listed with her and our house was sold in 5 days for above asking price. She is professional and gets the job done. Very happy we enlisted her for our agent.

Jody is amazing! This is the fourth house purchased by members of our family through Jody Zink. She and her team work seamlessly together to get us the best deal and knew exactly what we wanted. We've made friends for life. Could not have been happier!

Jody helped me buy and sell a home. The process was pretty straight forward on the purchase, however on the sale several issue came up during closing of 2 different buyers. Jody and Denay stuck with it, came up with some creative fixes for the extended close length needed by the buyer, and helped me get through to close on the sale of my home. They are both very kind and knowledgeable. When I told Jody I needed to sell, she had a stager there in 2 days, and photos in 3 for a nice listing in 4. By day 7 we had several offers to decide on. Also, she is great at recommending people for specific tasks. Pat Cary was great for obtaining my loan on my purchase, contractors Jody knows were great during the sale. Thank you Jody and Denay! I highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Toledo.

If there were 6 or more stars I would gladly give it to Jody Zink, and her professional team mate, Mrs. Denay Knope, thank you!! I did not have to travel to OH from Northern CA to complete a very smooth sale, and it was sold in a record time. Less than a week. She was referred by a Real Estate broker here in California, and I just can not express with enough kind words the gratitude we feel. Looking forward to do more business in the near future. A very satisfied client. Thank you!!

Super responsive and responsible team. Listed and closed my house after moving to another state and had a great low stress experience. Team was very knowledgeable about the area and how to properly stage the house to sell quickly.

Jody Zink is the best! Everyone on her team helps to make the complicated process of homebuying that much easier by taking it one step at a time, making everything simple and digestible. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed by their prompt follow-up with our many questions, round the clock dedication, and professional nature in handling it all in a competitive market. Jody seems to go above and beyond based on our previous experiences with real estate. On a personal note, Jody helped me come very close to closing on a house years ago, and through no fault of their team, it wasn't the right decision for me at the time. Even though my personal homebuying experience began several years ago, finally landing on the perfect house for me and my family, Jody was patient with me the entire way! She was just as excited for us to close on this house as we were and I am genuinely grateful for her knowledge and devoted effort along the way. I mean it when I say, I could not recommend someone more strongly for such an important thing like buying a house than Jody and her team! Big fans right here!

Great group of gals to work with! They held my hand through an interstate move with many complications. Never would have made it without their support. They were always available for my sometimes ridiculous questions. Professional and with a sense of humor!
