I worked with John when I purchased my home, 13 years ago, and stayed in touch for all these years. I love the personal touch and attention to detail, it’s the best way to retain business!

I have sold 2 houses and purchased one with Victoria and her team. Excellent work by all involved. Communication is key and they always keep in touch with everything I need to know throughout the process. Staging a house is key and Victoria's innovative solutions on staging and timing make a huge difference. Victoria has many connections and the best team to get the job done.

The Luxion Home Team sold our home in four days! Victoria and everyone on the team were courteous and friendly.

The Luxion Home Team sold our home in four days! Victoria Luhring-Valle was with us for several hours when we first met and was helpful in getting our home staged and ready to sell. Everyone on the team were courteous and friendly. Angie communicated well with us and responded quickly to any questions we had.

I worked primarily with John from Victoria's Luxion group and found their team to be very efficient and helpful the whole way through. Made the buying process easy.

John my Realtor was very professional I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new house in the northwest Ohio area

Expert Team to help with all aspects of purchasing my new Home. You can't go wrong with this wonderful Team!

It was a pleasure working with John at this office! Always felt like he had my best interest at every point of my purchase transaction and was very communicative. Responded very quickly to any of my texts and calls. I am very grateful for finding them and having their office assist with my home purchase. Definitely recommend!

The Luxion team is TOP NOTCH! Successfully navigating the current market can be precarious. The Luxion team can make it feel like a breeze. From Victoria handling the listing and sale of our home to John walking us through buying a home in a somewhat challenging market, and Angie helping keep everything on track, we are overwhelmingly pleased with their services! They brought us to both closing tables in great shape. If you are looking to sell or buy a home, give them a call!

Victoria and her team were top notch! We were new to the area and John took care of us listening to every need and making sure to find the perfect fit. Victoria, John and Angie are so knowledgeable and professional, they made the whole process so easy! Highly recommend!
