There were bumps in the road (from sellers) while trying to find our forever home but her team was 100% on top of it. Unfortunately for her, she can never retire. I can't imagine working with anyone else.

Victoria and her entire team are the consummate professionals. They were responsive to my calls; spent time on the phone with us brainstorming different strategies; kept us updated on progress; and were very astute at negotiations. I had worked with a different local firm/realtor for several months before hiring Victoria so I was extremely particular about what I expected in an agent since I had such a bad experience with the previous agent. Victoria and her team were great. They were very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. The paper work was seamless by using the automated signatures via email. We had the house listed with offers within two days of listing it and closed within two months with constant communication throughout the process. I have moved 9 times and this was by far the easiest.
