Victoria's team was great to work with! We worked directly with John H. and we knew right away he was the realtor for us. John did a great job looking out for our best interest and he was easy to work with and flexible. From the start to finish, we had a great experience and recommend Victoria's team to anyone looking for a house!

The team was a pleasure to work with . John was excellent at finding me what I was looking for and always being available. They made everything a very smooth and easy process . Would definitely recommend them .

Victoria nd her team of professionals are by far the best team I've ever worked with. They have sold 3 different properties for my family and I, and each listing has been absolutely wonderful. As the seller, we were provided with all the information needed to complete the sale with very little effort from us. The processing time for each property was less than 60 days from date of listing to closing. Once the contract was signed, they kept us in the loop the entire way, and the next thing we knew we were off to closing. I will continue to use, and or refer Victoria and her team for all real estate needs. I have not seen a team this proficient, knowledgeable and professional in my experience with real estate, and I'm so happy to have them!

I moved here not knowing anything about the area and Victoria really helped me get grounded. My home is perfect for my family and I can always count on her or someone on her team to respond to any questions or issues that arise.

An absolute pleasure to work with. Very attentive to what we were in the market for.

Victoria Luhring-Valle and her team made the home sale process very simple and efficient. Not only did they sell my home but they sold it in one week. The use of integrated digital signatures along with their scheduling app really helped me out. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Victoria, John, and Angie were great! They were all very helpful and responsive. We love our new home!

John Hilyard on Victoria's team did an outstanding job helping us find our new home in Perrysburg. He is a local expert who knows the ins and outs of the neighborhoods, and he looks out for your interests with a sharp eye as you view the houses. He managed our wide interest in houses well (from new build to fixer upper) and quickly learned our needs and style preferences. Finally, John went out of his way to ensure everything was completed smoothly, doing things for us that were difficult for us to do as out-of-towners. He takes great care of his clients!

Brandy Bryan is the absolute best! From day one, Brandy was always available for questions and comments regarding the purchase of our new home. With the housing market being as crazy as it currently is, I do not think we would have been able to get the house we got without Brandy’s hard work and dedication to us. Thank you Brandy for finding us the house we wanted and for making the purchase stress-free!

Victoria and her team were amazing. They were prompt when we had questions and always kept us in the loop every step of the way. We look forward to using them again with our next real estate purchase.

We're originally from Central Illinois. Victoria and her team did a great job assisting with our home purchase and selling our home once we decided to move back to Illinois. The Luxion Home Team was quick to respond and address any issues in a timely manner. I'm a type A person so this made the process very comfortable for me. I would 100% utilize their services again. Victoria was great. I would definitely recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house. She was always available when needed and if not available another member of her team was there to help
