I never met Victoria but was referred to her by our Michigan Realtor friend who researched qualifications/certifications of realtors in the area wanted. He liked Victoria's so referred us to her. I talked only once to her on the phone when she gave us John. Best present ever! John was so patient with us while we figured out what we wanted and viewed over 50 houses over 4 months!! He never expressed annoyance with us ever! He's knowledgeable about the whole process and all the areas we had him meet us at! John always responded fast with our very many questions and knew how and what to negotiate. He answered everything we asked and handled the complete transaction like the expert he is.
