We had a phenomenal experience working with the Luxion home team. Specifically we worked with John Hilyard . We were first time home buyers who “needed a new home yesterday.” We closed on a home relatively quickly..within a month of working with John . Everytime we found houses we liked John got us all set on seeing them asap . He worked around our schedule, no questions asked . I really liked the professionalism John has while still feeling like we could always speak to him candidly . It really did feel like we were getting shown houses by a friend or family member . Someone who isn’t just trying to spew rainbows and butterflies but pointing out things important to know going into purchasing a home . To me it’s apparent the Luxion team cares about your experience and making it as easy as possible … you can tell they have good strategy , very knowledgeable , a lot of experience, support ... the list goes on . After our offer was accepted Angie reached out to us and was on her game letting us know what we needed to do , answering any questions and I am quite positive they did a lot of things behind the scenes so we didnt have to worry about it ourselves. If we had a question , concern it was answered immediately . John was available anytime to talk or text throughout the ENTIRE time from start to finish . They didn’t just sell the house they provided an entire package of helping us navigate the entire process . All in all we were very very pleased with John and the Luxion Team .
