Rick was great in helping me buy my first home. I was out of state the whole time and was PCSing from VA to NY. I never got to see the homes in person but Rick made sure to provide in depth video tours, respond to my questions, and set up custom portal to help find a home. Could not have been happier with the experience.

Rick works hard and will work with your schedule no matter how hectic. He as a buyers agent is not at all pushy and does not sugar coat anything in order to make a sale. I believe he is genuinely on your side. That said he does not drop the ball and is on top of paperwork and all the other nuances that you hire and agent for to begin with. Lastly, he goes above and beyond to ensure that everything goes smoothly right down to signing. If he gives you a recommendation then go with it. He doesn't do it to make a cut, but he just knows the area and the best people in it. If you need a buyers agent, this is the guy!
