Since there are so many professionals to choose from when purchasing a house I decided to find an agent who we would work with for when we would actually begin the home buying process; we were not planning to start for at least 6 months. Although there are other agents that are listed as having more years of experience than him, I was very impressed with the reviews I read from people who had worked with him. I almost decided to choose someone more "seasoned" but we are so glad we chose Rick!! We actually ended up putting in an offer on a home much sooner than we had planned and it was accepted- first offer. Moving forward we asked who he recommended for things such as the home inspection, loan officers, etc. We chose to hire/work with who he suggested and again- we are so thankful we did!! Overall our first home purchase experience went smoothly and quickly. Rick was a major reason why. Unlike some people who can be arrogant when they are good at their job, Rick is kind, humble, and appreciative.
