Marianne really understands the needs of her clients. She helped us buy the perfect house when we moved out here and then when our jobs changed, she helped us sell our home and we were only on market for about 7 to 8 days. She does an amazing job marketing your home to sell it quick and still get the best price for it. I would recommend Marianne to anyone that is looking to sell or buy. Thank you for everyone!

Marianne Yoffee does everything in her power to make your sales and moving experience as smooth and painless as possible. She is reliable and helpful as any agent could be. I highly recommend Marianne to anyone needing to sell or buy.

We were in a difficult family situation and Marianne came in with compassion, patience and true integrity. We all feel she made up feel valued and that our needs were important. We recommend her to anyone needing to seek a home!

Marianne was there for us when nobody else was day or night. She explained everything to us. Solved many problems which made financial prosses easier. I will not have any one else in the future

It took a long time and a lot of viewings to find the right house. Marianne was very patient and stuck with us all the way through. thanks

I've sold quite a few properties throughout the years and I've been fortunate enough to find a few good realtors. Marianne is not only one of them but she has been the BEST! This experience could not have been any better. She was on top of everything, she kept me informed but was not over the top. I was always comfortable knowing she had my best interest in mind. She sold two of my properties faster than I could have imagined and the process was smoother than I could have expected. If I would have found her years ago, she would have been the only realtor I would have ever used and or needed. Thank you Marianne

Marianne was phenomenal throughout the whole process. Her communication is top notch. She put alot of time & effort into selling my property. She was referred to me by family & now I will refer her to anyone in need.

My husband and I have sold homes before, but agent Marianne Yoffee was there every step of the way providing good, solid, strong recommendations and was quick to respond to our texts and calls. Her real estate knowledge was immense and our trust in her was not in vain. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She will have your back!

Marianne went above and beyond helping us! She came to the house several times just to help me do paperwork I was doing for the loan for the house we were buying in Pahrump. She kept us informed every step of the way! Had our house in Vegas sold in 2 weeks! Answered and explained all my questions and concerns, she really knows her business is an excellent negotiator and got us a great deal! We needed help when the appraiser wanted pictures of the attic from inside the house and brought her husband over and he got the attic opening open, that was a chore! Then he got inside and took the pictures for us. Marianne was a pleasure to work with very knowledgeable, kind and considerate of our needs. My husband is disabled, and she worked with us every step of the way making sure things were as easy for him as possible. I would recommend if you are buying or selling call Marianne Yoffee she has your back! Thank you, Marianne you are the best!
