She is a great communicator and always keeps the client informed and advised in the real estate process. She is a Diamond among the rocks. Marianne Yoffee is the kind of person anyone would want as their real estate agent. And I say that not just because she is friendly and easy to get along with, which she certainly is, but because of all of her other qualities. She listens to you. She does not talk over you, or push, rather she hears your concerns, and tailors the home search to what you want, not what she wants to sell. Whenever you need to get ahold of her she responds quickly, often immediately. I never had to “wait”. She was always right there. She knows quality support people. Inspectors, handymen, pool service, etc. She has many, and they all like and respect her. She is trustworthy. She does what she says she will do. Which means she keeps promises. And as I witnessed, she will do that even if it is inconvenient for her personally. She is very knowledgeable. She will get you the right paperwork, on time, and with clear advice on what it means, and what to be careful with. She advocates for you, not “them”. And above all, she is a tireless worker. She doesn’t take time off and make excuses. She gets things finished. Marianne is a natural, and anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent.

She made the whole process on the buying side seem easy. She’s a very pleasant personality, who you can tell, likes her job. So naturally, going out looking for houses with her was easy. She was a good source of information and very knowledgeable about the area too. She worked hard on our behalf, making the whole process of us moving from out of state, to seamlessly into our new home. I can say she went way out of her way to help ensure that and we wholeheartedly recommend her as a realtor.

Marianne loves being a realtor and it shows. She is so bubbly and enthusiastic, that she even made the chore of looking for a home seem fun. Not only was she able to get me the house of my dreams in an area close to my family, but she also got me a deal with all the interior furnishings included! Marianne is everyones friend, and knew just the right connections to help me from start to end. If you need a realtor, you can’t go wrong with Marianne. Thank you Marianne!

I'm so glad we found Marianne. We had a few agents before and all of them wouldn't listen to a thing we wanted or said. Marianne went to great lengths to listen to everthing that we wanted. She went to every home and was willing to do a video walk through which,was very helpful concidering both my husband and I were in a diffrent state. We had a few hiccups along the way and she always on it with a resolution. I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out.
Marianne always there assisted me with sell of my house.She explain in detail about the escrow and documents needed to be sign.The house sold in very short time on the market after the sale Marianne keep in touch even help me look for apartment with listings from MLS. I had an agent before all he was interested was the commission didn't care how much I sold it for.The agent was upset I raise the price of my home to reflect the current hot market .
Always available even when she was out of town. Very in tune with all the real estate parameters etc. in the area. Also very connected, if a situation came up where she needed advice etc., she already knows some professional whom she called to get the answer whether it was about the sale or repairs or whatever. She was always happy to answer any question whether real estate related, where to find a good restaurant or even local attractions
