We recently bought a home and sold a home with Darcy who was amazing to work with. The market was in a very aggressive state at the time that we decided to buy. Darcy helped us navigate the inns and outs. She was very available to answer questions and show houses with short notice. We worked together to put together bid packages that would help us beat our competitors. When it became time to sell our house, Darcy had the network needed to circulate our listing which resulted in over asking offers. I’ll work with Darcy again if we decide to buy or sell. She’s great!

I was selling a condo I’d bought as an investment over 10 years ago. I had moved out of the area and hadn’t even been in the condo for years. Darcy and Tim advised me that the condo would likely sell quickly even if I did nothing to it. I received two offers early on that Darcy advised me not to take. Then I received three offers on the same day. They were all within shouting distance of each other, but Darcy helped me sort out which was best. It closed three weeks later, at a price that was tens of thousands more than I had been offered in the fall by one of those “fix and flip” outfits. Darcy gave me wonderful service and top notch advice!
