Since our landscaping was in full bloom, she used a drone to emphasize curb appeal. Her creative thinking again was in play as she used virtual staging to creatively update our home presentation with today's furniture styles. Darcy shared all of her strategies with us. She explained that compromise is what produces success. We had an interested couple and Darcy used her excellent negotiation skills to complete the transaction. In less than 20 days her sign in our yard led to a completed contract on our house with an eventual closing.
