Darcy kept us afloat as what we thought would be an easy sell turned into an extremely difficult process due to lender issues. One obstacle after another kept arising, but Darcy took them in stride and found a way for us to make the sale happen! It took 2 buyers and 4 closing dates, but she stuck with us and did it all with patience and a smile. Couldn't have asked for anyone better to guide us through all of the problems. Darcy is the best realtor ever I've experienced. She's knows a lot about real estate, 10 years+. She's connected with skilled vendors to fix inspection issues. She's hard-working, persistent. She's kind, caring. She goes the extra mile. I felt that she was a "partner" in selling my towhome in Lakewood. The market changed from Seller's market to Buyer's market. Higher mortgages, HOA fees, etc. Tough time. She's local in Lakewood, Littleton, Morrison areas. I highly recommend her. All around good person, mother of two toddlers. I'm very happy to pay her commission, great value.

She always consulted with me before any decisions and gave great insights based on her market knowledge and how her other listings were performing.
