Ms Mcivor and her team came to my residence at my continuance and gave me a very informative tutorial on the current Real Estate Market in which I wished to sale. There was no rush and every question I asked was covered until I understood it. An inspection was made and and suggestions as to minor repairs and cleaning to help the property show better. I was kept informed of the activity on the property every step of the way from the signing of the listing until the close of escrow.
