We used this realtor team after interviewing several in Maricopa. The McIvor team did what we hired them to do - sell our home. They were thorough, ethical, professional and they sold our home in two weeks! We did not have to endure any open houses because their marketing worked as they said it would. They researched the market and priced the home accordingly. Jeff was a main contact and great to work with! We would recommend them.

I’ve bought and sold a lot of properties, but never had such a high caliber experience as this time working with Jeff and Celeste McIvor. We had a long list of “wants” and needs but found our home quickly, and at the right price. They have gone over the top to help make things nice and help us negotiate with the seller to make things work well—for both parties, and most especially for us. They were amazingly patient as we needed a dozen contractors in the house to bid work for us there before closing. We closed yesterday and the contractors can now start right in. Very professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

We are so pleased we found Celeste!! We had real estate friends & we used her due to her professionalism & knowledge! Her keen sense & hard working style was needed in this transaction & she was a step ahead the entire way. We are so grateful she was our agent & would recommend her every time.

Celeste was always professional, polite & responsive. Very knowledgeable in real estate contract for all situations! Expert in negotiation & communication. If you want someone to have your best interests, I would recommend Celeste every time! Thank you!

Celeste and Jeff are an incredible combo. They helped educate us on the market and sought out many different homes which met our criteria. As we are located in a different area, Jeff and Celeste traveled to many different homes and provided detailed walk through videos. They also looked at and explained the details about the community, which provided great comfort for us from purchasing afar. As a team, their phenomenal communication was timely and ensured a synchronized process with all parties. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our home buying process.

I am incredibly grateful for your generosity and thoughtfulness. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me. I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for your help. You 2 are the best. Sincerely: Himays Wallace

knowledgeable about everything that was asked of them and anticipated some things that they knew we would need to know. very helpful with what they knew we would need and would recommend them to any one else needing a realtor. would definitely use them again if the need would arise.

We’ve had some raw land for sale for some time. It’s been a difficult sale for several reasons. But Celeste & Jeff have stuck it out with professionalism and perseverance and found a great buyer with a seamless closing. Very happy with them and will definitely continue to work with them in the future!!

Celeste is a very dedicated and knowledgeable realtor. Her presentation of the property is very professional and her extensive experience and expertise enables her to make suggestions to enhance the property to gain attention of interested buyers. Additionally, I found her to be responsive to my requests and she was very organized in collecting and preparing the required documents, and quickly emailing them to me for electronic signature to keep all parties informed, therefore assuring an efficient transaction.

Celeste did an amazing job with getting the house on the market and sold in a timely manner.

Celeste was great on communicating with me throughout the process of selling my home. She worked with me on ideas, and made sure I was comfortable in all the decisions I made for for my house. I highly recommend her, she will work for what's best for you!

The prossional expectations of Celeste McIvor exceeded all of our expectations, 2nd her knowledge and experience showed us that not only did she excel with her love for her Business she also pleased both of us as an expert pro 100%! From our 1st. Meeting two years ago we were impressed with Celeste and chose not to buy back them albeit we recalled her professional hunger to please and support us in our aspirations at that time! Then when we were ready two years later we of course called Ms. McIvor!
