Not a great house selling experience. In a market where houses are selling in record time at record prices my beautiful and updated house sat for months and sold far under what I listed/hoped for. I don’t know what exactly to attribute this too but I found it to be a very stressful and somewhat disappointing experience.

This sale was very difficult but you saw me through it. First by finding a good buyer and then shepherding the sale thru obstacle after obstacle.
