This is the third time I have bought a house, the first two experiences left a bad taste in my mouth with Realtors. But with Michael it was a totally different experience. Michael is a awesome Realtor, he listens, watches your reaction to the different houses he shows you. Then when you go to a new built house he asks all the right questions that you have asked in the past and even some new ones that you did not think of. He is personable and just a nice person. He negotiated fair deal with my new house, and even better I did not have to go into a bidding war for it. He always responds quickly to any question I have asked.
