I have had nothing but the best experience with the MVM team. My family was moving out of state in a tight time line. We listed the house and had pictures within two days and got it under contract the same day it was listed! Michael was awesome ….. we had a major HVAC issue( it went out the day before our home inspection) and he found me a repair/replacement same day and we had it replaced the night before! I had called several places and they had me waiting a week for a tech but Michael made it happen!! He has been super responsive and helpful, answering all all our questions and making this entire process so much easier.

Michael did such a good job helping us find our dream home. He was always on top of getting times for us to see our prospective houses. As we were moving from out of town our search cooled off for a while but he always kept us in mind. Once we decided on our house he even hand wrote our offer because the online software wasn't working and we didn't want to miss the deadline for offers. He was always a pleasure to work with!!

Michael was the best! He payed attention when we went and viewed houses and when I either commented or asked a question he remembered and asked those questions at the next place we visited. Michael was our second realtor, after spending months with a realtor who showed us dozens of homes that did not meet our criteria and was slow to respond to messages. After giving Michael our criteria, he was able to find us the perfect house on the first day! His in depth knowledge of the area ensured that we would feel safe in the location and he worked extremely hard to make sure that we were able to get the best price. He was always available to answer any questions we had and made buying a house in the middle of a pandemic easy!

Then when you go to a new built house he asks all the right questions that you have asked in the past and even some new ones that you did not think of. He is personable and just a nice person. He negotiated fair deal with my new house, and even better I did not have to go into a bidding war for it. He always responds quickly to any question I have asked. Michael is VERY knowledgable and honest. His feedback, professionalism, and attention to detail made for a stress free, easy experience selling my home. Michael was had to deal with many people for this sale. He had to deal with us being out of state and also someone in state. He responded to our questions in a timely manner. I am not sure why he recommended that most of the furniture be removed from the house.
