It was clear from early on working with Michael that he cared about us and truly wanted what was best for us. He kept all of our preferences in mind and was great at looking for these in each house. He is extremely knowledgeable and had an answer to all of our questions. He was quick and reliable with communicating things to us via text and phone calls (when not in person). Michael was very personable and knowledgeable of the area we were focused on. Although would have liked to have the property visits shared with us in advance so we make sure we wanted to view those properties. Once we selected a property and made an offer, we felt the communication from all parties involved going forward was somewhat lacking. Many questions were asked and unanswered or answered late which made the closing deadline difficult in the end and caused undo stress, However, Michael was always available to assist us even though he had difficulty with getting results from the other involved parties. Overall, we were pleased with the outcome.
