Lisa went the extra mile to help us find and get into the home of our dreams. She went above and beyond with the seller to land us a house in a market that is insane. Not only did she land us a home, she found us better financing and saved us thousands of dollars, up front and over the mortgage of the home.
Lisa helped my husband and I find our house this last fall. She was extremely helpful and super responsive. We both feel she gave us great suggestions and how to handle bidding on a house when houses were getting lots of bids. We eventually ended up getting a house that was contingent with another buyer that was exactly what we wanted. So she helped us explore all avenues for buying a house in an extremely tight housing market. Also we were VA loans and she absolutely knows the inside and outs of the buying process for VA loans. Both my husband and I would highly recommend Lisa to help you buy your house!
Lisa was excellent. She helped me find the perfect place in my budget, which was difficult given I had a fairly low budget for the area. She made it completely stress free even when problems came up on the loan end, and guided me through everything perfectly. The military is moving me again so I’m about to sell after a little over a year and my first call to sell was directly to Lisa. Would highly recommend her. 5 stars isn’t high enough!
Lisa was terrific to work with. She was there and ready to help us on a moments notice. She was persistent and persuasive to help us not only get into our property, but make sure that we got everything we needed out of it. We wouldn’t be in our home today without her!
