Here is my attempt to explain in words someone incredible. Lisa Martinez is what you would call a phenomenal real estate agent and human being! Very driven , hardworking and knowledgeable! I can go on and on about how incredible, kind and caring she is, but I’d rather explain some personal experiences. One of my first experiences with her was when I was putting in for my first offer. This hardworking individual was working on her computer, typing up a contract while in bed! Why? because she just had a surgery. I remember messaging her, “Lisa get some rest, I am in no rush, she responds with, I have to type this offer ASAP so you can get this home!”. I remember thinking to myself “what in the world!?!” Who is this superhuman? Another experience was during the process of making an offer on another home. I got COVID and Lisa proceeds to message me and check up on me and even ask if she can drop off soup! I live alone so the thought of someone checking up on me was very sweet. In this same offer she continued to fight to make sure I got this home. She worked over time and went above and beyond. Post-Covid I got really busy with work and was away from my phone and laptop. My VA apprasial was lower than my offer and I couldn’t afford any out of pocket expenses. So I pretty knew that I lost the home. Lisa proceeds to say don’t give up, believe in me. A couple days later, out of nowhere I get a message that I got the home! Honestly I can’t begin to understand and know how much work it takes to be Lisa Martinez, such a high caliber individual. Post-closing she even goes out of her way to give me gift cards to Home Depot and a gift for my camper van and a home warranty. Very unexpected, leaving me speechless really. I am so appreciative of meeting her. In summary, Lisa is a very genuine, inspiring person. Honestly a trait that is hard to come by. She makes your goals her goals and then goes above and beyond.

Lisa is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with, even compared to friends and family agents I’ve used. Lisa is very attentive to my wants, sensitive ti my needs, and overall just amazing. I was actually out of town when my home came on the market, Lisa bent over backwards to help me with the house. From a walk through via FaceTime so I could see it closer than the displayed photos online. She arranged for me to physically look at the house while I was in town for a couple hours between business trips. Every step of the way she made sure I understood things and was comfortable. Lisa gave me her opinion and suggestions when asked and wasn’t pushy about anything. Bottom line is I WILL use Lisa again and I would encourage everyone to do the same.
