When I decided to sell the house I called the Whittaker's and asked numerous questions regarding what would make the house attractive in the eyes of a buyer. They gave advice regarding color, layout, appliances and landscaping. They prepared me for all the steps involved and made recommendations for professionals who could assist me with each item which needed to be crossed of my list. They were easy to get ahold if by phone and email and they promptly replied whenever I reached out to them. When I sell my current residence they will be my realtors again.
