I compared the 3 companies I'd narrowed my search to. I based my decision on the professionalism (from the very first call), the marketing reach, the entire marketing plan for our house, the track record of sales in a saturated market, and the intimate knowledge of the island. We really can't say enough about how wonderful Thomas has been through this sale. Our father passed away in the middle of the home being on the market, which certainly added to our stress, but Thomas was there for us and really guided us through every decision we had to make. I think we did the best we could in an over-saturated market. Thomas Kersey, our Realtor, was excellent and worked hard for us.
