My husband and I thoroughly recommend Thomas Kersey, who did a great job selling my in-laws' house. My husband was tasked with selling the house for his parents, who had recently moved out of state. We are also located out of state and therefore very reliant on Thomas to handle all aspects of the sale. But where he really assisted and guided us was once we got to the offer stage – we received two offers almost simultaneously and he was able to negotiate as well as advise which was better, especially as both offers had contingencies. He examined the home market of the potential buyers and was able to clearly identify which offer was “less risky” - and then he negotiated a higher price from those buyers! Once under contract, the house needed some repairs, and being out of state, we worried about managing that. Not to worry – Thomas got bids and arranged all the work. We only had to approve the estimate and never even had to speak with a contractor. That made it easy on us. Bottom line, Thomas delivered, and made a potentially difficult process as easy and smooth as possible. We had tremendous peace of mind throughout knowing he was “in our corner”.
