Shawna is PREMIER! She led us successfully to resolve two instances where developers/builders were horribly deceitful and then on to locate the wonderful home we now own. Her excellent guidance through every step of each process is skillful and delightful all of the time. She is a premier realtor and extraordinary person!

We were living in Dallas and looking to move to the Apollo Beach area. Many weeks we emailed Shawna with short notice with new homes we saw listed that we were interested in seeing. Every single time, Shawna made it work and took us around to all we wanted to see, educated us on the area, etc. Shawna helped us make our move back home to Florida. She is an expert in the area, a great realtor, and an awesome person. I wouldn't work with anybody else, and I can't recommend her enough.

Shawna is amazing! We moved from Utah to Florida in the span of two months. She not only sold us our home and was with us every step of the way but she also gave us valuable advice about selling our home in Utah. Shawna is a dynamic real estate agent and person. She really cares about her clients and their well-being and what their family needs and wants. We cannot recommend her more. We happened to find her because the real estate agent we were supposed to work with was not available and do not respond to us. Shawna quickly picked up the reigns with urgency. She is always provided clear and concise instructions and support. If you are lucky enough to find her as a real estate agent you’re lucky enough to find a friend.

Shawna was the best! She helped us look at many homes and gave us lots of ideas until we found our forever home. Then she made sure everything else went smoothly. Including last minute issues with catching that the air conditioning wasn't working and getting the seller to fix it a few days before closing. I would highly recommend her for any sale or purchase! Especially if you're relocating to the Apollo Beach or Riverview areas!

Most reliable realtor we have ever worked with. Shawna is very honest, clear and quick to reply. Her assistants were also really awesome.

A͏ blessing to work with! I was hesitant to list our home & dreaded the thought of showing a home with 6 kids & 2 pets, but Shawna made it easy & quick. In 8 days, she had pictures taken, listed our home, & sold it! We only had to show it a few times. She gave us great advice & listened to us. It was a wonderful experience.

Shawna is fantastic! She and her team sold our home in short time and made the process as smooth and painless as possible. I’m so thankful for her and her team and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We recently downsized and she sold our over 4000sq ft home on the water and then helped us to find the perfect maintenance free villa! Shawna and her husband were so fantastic to work with. She not only helped to coordinate getting quotes from vendors for some remodeling tasks, but she also supervised that the jobs were done well. Shawna has a ton of contacts and we were able to utilize those resources so many times. I highly recommend calling Shawna first if you are planning to sell or move to the Southshore area

I chose Shawna because she was the Listing Agent I bought house through year before. Shawna knows the area and the Market. We Listed for more than I thought we could get after peak. She uses a great photographer who captured the best parts of home. And she sells the house as if her own fighting to get you top dollar.

Selling a home that you are currently living in creates an extra layer of stress that could cause your hair to gray faster than having 12 children, HOWEVER stress is one emotion that you will NOT experience with Shawna! She was available around the clock, removed / clarified the real estate jargon, and provided realistic expectations. At no point did we feel alone during this process! If you value honesty and your time, then you want Shawna in your corner.

Awesome selling and buying experience with Shawna. I would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.
