Shawna Colbert helped me purchase an excellent home in Water Set at 7214 Paradiso Dr, Apollo Beach, FL 33572. Park Square-built the houses with excellent finishing. The house was a model, and she helped me negotiate a fast closing which included the fixing several things that are OK in a model house but not in a rental (putting the bathroom and bedroom door back, as an example), which required the builder lease the home from us while the work is done.
