I was looking for a secondary home that I could also VRBO when I was not in town. I had specific criteria of low HOA fees, not extremely restrictive but maintained, close to a convenient airport, not far from the beach and had to have a private pool and lanai in a well kept neighbor. I am a Realtor in my home state, but I needed someone local to be my eyes and ears as I was doing showings virtually. We made a plan and adjusted as we needed to. I closed on my property 6/9/23.
