I feel compelled to write about my experience with our new home and brag about our agent Daniel Berger that did the near impossible…buying a house without seeing it in person. Within 1 hour of the house being listed I must have reached out to 3 separate realtors I had been dealing with. Not only did no one contact me until the next day, I was even discouraged from bidding on the house because I wasn’t there to see it. I just wanted someone I trusted to walk through the house or even FaceTime me while doing so. I reached out to GPS real estate and we had the most comforting conversation. Vanessa put me in the hands of one of her associates (who will be a friend of our family forever) Daniel Berger. Within one hour, Danny had an appointment to see the house even though the listing said 24hr notice in advance and he was walking through with me on FaceTime. Once I saw the house I knew it was the one. I had been researching houses for a year. Danny understood my urgency and help craft the perfect offer. We were the first. (And best!) Then he put me in touch with the most amazing mortgage broker and real estate attorney which was like icing on the cake! This is the DREAM TEAM of home buying and I want anyone even considering a home purchase in the tri-state area to use these professionals.

The Best.. Nobody will work harder for you.. Bottom line, he was willing to meet me anytime and anywhere. He had vast knowledge of all of the areas that I was interested in. Also offered many recommendations for contractors, landscaping, and tree removal. I highly recommend him.

Simply put, Danny Berger is the best. You will not find a more dedicated, trustworthy person and real estate professional to put your family's best interests at heart. Danny accompanied our family of 5, including 3 young boys, house hunting out-of-state, in an area mostly unfamiliar to us, during a month's worth of weekends, including two holidays, to help us find a gem of a property perfectly suited to our individual needs. Always present, patient, and enthusiastic, from start to finish Danny was 100% accessible and responsive by phone, email, and text-- often late into the evenings. At every point in the process, from initial bids to complex negotiations Danny had us covered. What set Danny in a class above the rest was/is his ability to leverage & put us in touch with excellent, seasoned professionals from his own personal network, as would a close personal friend. Along with Danny, these professionals helped us zero-in on the town in which to buy and the home ultimately purchased. We are already planning future projects with these same professional referrals. It's fair to say that what started out as "just a real estate transaction" elevated Danny to a family friend by the end of the process.

Exceptional attitude and extremely accessible. More knowledge about coops was needed but coop boards can be hard to reach and/or answer questions. Great working with!
