Having Daniel Berger as our guide through the process was a blessing. He helped us assemble the dream team (inspector, mortgage broker, lawyer, and the many other “guys/gals” he has in his arsenal) that allowed us to go through the process effortlessly. It made the experience enjoyable and truly educational. Going into this, we thought we were going to have to wait another 6 months to find a home. Instead, he helped us find our dream home ahead of schedule and just in time for the holidays. He’s now part of our family and forever cemented in the history of our experience as first time homeowners. Absolutely recommend him. Hands down. A no brainer. Two thumbs up. Cheers Danny!

Dan is very personable, responsive and knowledgeable. I worked with Dan for almost 8 months and he did not stop until he found the perfect apartment for me. Dan listens to your wants and needs and he also knows a lot of people to help make the process smoother when applying for the mortgage loan, obtaining a lawyer, etc. Dan was a pleasure to work with and I would again in a heartbeat if I am ever looking to buy again

Danny helped see us through to the very end of our long and bumpy journey on finding our first home. He truly listened to what our needs were, was patient and always available. Our search began a year ago and Danny persevered with us before and through this pandemic making sure we were always safe. He was a true asset in our long and arduous search for our first home.

Working with Danny was great.  My wife and I were looking for homes in the Rye/Harrison/Mamaroneck/Larchmont area.  Danny was extremely responsive by email/phone/text message, was willing to make appointments to show houses at any time of day, and very helpful in negotiating with sellers regarding price.  Highly recommended.

The services delivered by Daniel Berger are beyond phenomenal; a true professional in his field with years of experience. Daniel is very attentive to the matter and offers exceptional communication. It was a great pleasure doing business. I highly recommend RE/MAX PRESTIGE!

Where do I begin with this GEM! When we first met Danny, we instantly had a rapport. He was incredibly knowledgable, responsive and accommodating. He shared his insight and was patient and helpful with all our questions as first time home buyers. Danny really shined once we decided to make an offer- he was RELENTLESS in moving the process forward as quick and efficient as possible. We leaned on him every step of the way as he advised us and played quarterback among all the players- the mortgage broker, our lawyer, the inspector and the sellers, etc. He was always there at any point during the day and night, our lifeline. We not only bought our dream Tudor, we gained an amazing friend! We nicknamed him "Danny Deals" for a reason WE LOVE YOU, DANNY!!!

Daniel was wonderful throughout the entire process. It began with his understanding of our wants and needs and his knowledge of the Westchester area. While walking through the houses, he taught us about heating, landscaping, central air and much more! Even after finding our house, he answered all of our questions and helped us all the way through closing! It was a pleasure working with Daniel and I would HIGHLY recommend Daniel to anyone who is in the market for buying or selling a house!

Dan is not only a realtor that listens but he treats you as a member of his family. He is reliable, punctual and is just as professional and informative to the buyer and the seller. Dan is "not"your typical realtor . He is hard-working, kind and very accessible.
