How do I even begin to describe how wonderful Carmella and her team were when I had to sell my home? My kids and I went through a very difficult life changing experience. I called Carmella and told her that I need to sell my home right away. She went right into action. When I say that Carmella and her team handled pretty much everything I mean she handled pretty much everything. All I had to do what empty the house. Taking care of all the details, the paperwork, etc during a stressful time in our lives was such a heavy lift off of our shoulders. Attentive,͏ on point, well versed family realtor! I met Carmella at an open house last year after trying my luck with a few other realtors who weren't exactly aligning with my needs, putting me on the back burner. My situation was becoming crucial as I had to leave the townhouse I was renting for the last 8 years as the owner was selling but the market was so tough for buyers I was having a difficult time. I came across a house I wanted to check out but the listing agent wasn't available to let me in. I remembered meeting Carmella a month or so prior and I called to see if she would be available. Despite being in the middle of painting her new office, she quickly stopped and met me at the address within 20 mins. We put an offer in and it was accepted that night. I couldn't believe it! Finally, I was on the road to being a 1st time home owner. Though my journey was far from over, as I still had the hurdle of final approval from the lender, plus a few other delays along the way, Carmella stood by me each step, offering support and guidance.
