My wife and I were interested in buying a house in one of two specific counties and Carmela’s agency was one of only two agencies rated as the best in each. The reviews were stellar. We met with Carmela and she arranged visits at multiple houses without a contract and not pushing for one as we weren’t fully committed to moving. She listened to our requirements and did an outstanding job meeting them. Carmela is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market and, more impressive, has an excellent grasp of construction as she pointed out issues that we had missed. After we signed the contract with her agency, Carmela guided us through the entire process and we found a home which met all of our needs. We were from out of state and we had so many issues with the sale of our house that I asked Carmela if she could take over the sale of that property. Unfortunately, she was not licensed to do so as we had to guide our other agent through EVERYTHING. It was the stuff nightmares are made of. To be candid, we don’t think we would have been able to handle the same problems for both houses. Thank you Carmela as you made everything easy.
