This was my first home sale and wanted a real estate “team” that had experience in my neighborhood. I did some research and found the Foerman team. I met with Deanna and Dale and immediately felt I had made the right decision. They explained the steps that we would go through to complete the sale. The team set up a professional photo shoot and then generated sale brochures that presented my house beautifully. They were very proactive with getting my house online and presenting it nicely.
