We met Deanna a few years back when she helped us through the process of buying a new Mattamy home in RiverTown. Deanna also helped us through the warranty process as we had a few issues that the builder was pushing back on, so she intervened and advocated on our behalf. Fast forward to September 2022, and we decided to put our house up for sale (just as the market cooled down). Deanna was the only agent we could imagine helping us through the selling process! Given the market conditions, we were unsure of the appropriate asking price, or what to expect, and as we navigated the selling process and market slow down, Deanna remained upbeat and reassured us that things would work out. While it took a little longer due to the market conditions and time of year, we were thrilled with the offer we received, as well as Deanna’s guidance through the negotiations. As an extremely impatient and pessimist person, I appreciated Deanna’s ability to answer questions, offer suggestions, or just simply lend an ear to listen. Overall, we’ve known Deanna for over 4 years, and while we’re thankful to have had her help us to both buy and sell, we’re extreme thankful to her (and Dale) for their friendship.
