He listens to the seller and works with the seller re: pricing, listing details, and expectations. He provides updates on a regular basis, so you are never wondering what is happening with the selling process or closing process once a purchase agreement is accepted. He fully explains each offer and advises on the pros and cons of each offer, ultimately leaving it up to the seller to accept the offer of their choice.
