Working with Harry was wonderful right from the start. It was comforting to do business with someone who knows the real estate industry well & offered me advice on home issues, such as painter & carpet cleaner. He & his staff kept the communication lines open & were always pleasant & helpful. Top notch from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future, if needed, or to recommend Harry Cassidy to others. In fact, I have already done that.

Harry worked tirelessly to help get the property ready for sale. His communication was excellent and he was always available to answer any questions I had. He was sensitive to the unique situation of this sale. I would highly recommend Harry to anyone needing to sell some real estate! Thank you Harry!

This is the second home that Harry has sold for us. Harry is very precise, detail oriented, and knows the market. He listens to the seller and works with the seller re: pricing, listing details, and expectations. He provides updates on a regular basis, so you are never wondering what is happening with the selling process or closing process once a purchase agreement is accepted. He fully explains each offer and advises on the pros and cons of each offer, ultimately leaving it up to the seller to accept the offer of their choice. He has a full support team behind him that also provides excellent service. He returns calls and answers questions in a very timely manner. I would never hesitate to use Harry for my selling realtor and highly recommend him to anyone selling a home.

We had a wonderful experience working with Harry and Joan. They were both so friendly and helpful. We sold our house while we were out of state. They had it sold in one weekend. He knew exactly what to do and made it happen. He was always in contact with us and available when and if we needed him. As in any transaction, we had a hiccup and he had it fixed before we even knew about it. When it came to going through all of our offers, he walked us through each and everyone. He never pushed us in one direction or another, he just gave us all the information we needed to make a good decision for ourselves. So glad Harry and his team were recommended to us by Al Ray at Small Jobs Matter. We know we had the best guy for the job. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking to sell or buy for that matter. The Clair's

Harry has helped me, and my family, many times over the years to sell our homes. Harry is the most knowledgable agent in the business and I completely trust him, his advice and his no-nonsense approach. He will always be the agent I turn to for my real estate needs in the Downriver area. And I must mention his assistant Joan who is absolutely fantastic, friendly and professional. Both Joan and Harry communicate frequently, keeping you informed throughout the entire process. Thank you both!

Sold Two Houses for Us. I would let him sell a third. What else can I say?

Harry was a pleasure to work with when selling the family estate. He explained everything very thoroughly and walked us through what needed to be done while keeping costs to a minimum. We knew what to expect every step of the way including our share of the profit before closing. Our family will definitely call Harry when we're ready to sell our homes!
