Amazing Realtor and staff! This was our 5th total Real Estate transaction, 1st with Patty, and it was truly the best experience we've ever had. We first met Patty at our home, shared what made our house special, and Patty took it from there. The home was listed quickly and with professional photos. Showings started almost immediately. Every call, text, and email we sent was quickly responded to throughout the process by Patty or an associate. Patty was present at the inspection, appraisal, etc. Home sold and we were able to get the price we expected and even closed a week early. An absolute home run of an experience! We came to Patty and her team looking to purchase a new home and sell our current one, expecting a time frame of several months and thousands of headaches. What we got instead was nothing short of an "express" deal. From the moment she walked into our home, everything about her was re-assuring and up-lifting, exactly what we needed. She priced our home so perfectly we could not keep up with how many people showed up the very first weekend of showing. Suffice to say, that was all our home needed: it sold THAT WEEKEND. After that, she held our hand with tip-sheets and preparing us for our closing date. There is absolutely no doubt this process was as fast and as easy as it was only because she and her team made it so. My only regret is not having more homes to sell/buy so we could engage with her more often!
