First, I had another realtor list my home and in 53 days, only 7 people who came to look at our house and we had little online marketing and views. My husband and I were so unhappy because my friend who is our neighbor sold her house in 2 days after it was listed. We can’t say enough amazing things about our experience with Patty. When we decided we were ready to sell, we were looking for someone who is honest, would act in our best interest, professional, knowledgeable for a smooth process from beginning to end.
