I retired from the Navy in 2021 and during that time we have purchased and sold many homes. Patty are her team are the best of the best!! After I retired we used her team to buy this house in Davie Florida - they were amazing. Fast forward 2 years to March 2023, I was required to relocated for a job opportunity. We called Patty immediately to sell our home, she was extremely professional, had a strong knowledge of the local market (which is extremely important in South Florida) and most importantly listened to our needs. Due to the recent real estate boom our home was approaching the 2M value which significantly reduces the pool of potential buyer and we were on a tight time line - so we were a little concerned. When my sister referred me to Patty’s office to sell my non luxurious condo, I was pleasantly surprised when Patty showed up to view the property. I explained my past experience regarding the condo and the previous office that I had worked with. Patty gave me completely different perspective on how the property should be marketed.
