I retired from the Navy in 2021 and during that time we have purchased and sold many homes. Patty are her team are the best of the best!! After I retired we used her team to buy this house in Davie Florida - they were amazing. Fast forward 2 years to March 2023, I was required to relocated for a job opportunity. We called Patty immediately to sell our home, she was extremely professional, had a strong knowledge of the local market (which is extremely important in South Florida) and most importantly listened to our needs. Due to the recent real estate boom our home was approaching the 2M value which significantly reduces the pool of potential buyer and we were on a tight time line - so we were a little concerned. Patty assure us everything would be fine... she was able to quickly list the property, her husband took amazing pictures and she arrange several open houses where she grouped perspective buyers - which was important to us because we have a large dog that we needed to leave which each time. Our house had 7 offers and was under contract for asking price within 7 days! We closed 3 weeks later while we were out of state. With rising interest rates this has become a challenging time to sell, however Patty was able to make the entire process seamless. Highly recommend using Patty and her team, she makes it a point to understand the buyer (or seller) needs and provides the same level of personal service regardless of your price range.

We have used them now twice, both for the sale of our property as well as the rental of our condo, and I can honestly say, both were sold and rented after the first weekend.
